Laser Peels in Frisco, TX

A laser peel resurfaces the skin by removing precise microscopic layers, prompting the body to replace them with smoother, more even tissue.

In short

What is Laser Peels?

A laser peel resurfaces the skin by removing precise microscopic layers, prompting the body to replace them with smoother, more even tissue. Depth is adjustable: a light peel means a day or two of flaking, while deeper resurfacing means about a week of visible recovery and produces a correspondingly larger change.

The trade-off is simple and worth understanding before you book: the more downtime you accept, the more correction you get. Choosing the right point on that scale for your life and your skin is most of the consultation.

The process

How Laser Peels works

  1. 01

    Choosing the depth

We match depth to your concern and to how much recovery you can accommodate. Neither is negotiable after the fact, so it is agreed carefully first.

  2. 02

    Fractional or full resurfacing

Fractional treats columns of skin, leaving untreated tissue between to speed healing. Full resurfacing treats the whole surface for maximum correction.

  3. 03

    Managed healing

You leave with a clear aftercare plan. Sun avoidance in the weeks afterwards is not optional — it is the difference between an even result and new pigmentation.

Common questions

Laser Peels questions, answered

How much downtime does a laser peel need?

A light peel means a day or two of flaking that makeup covers. Deeper resurfacing means around a week of visible redness and peeling. You choose which trade-off suits you.

Is a laser peel safe for darker skin?

It can be, with careful wavelength and depth selection, but the risk of post-inflammatory pigmentation is genuinely higher. We often prefer conservative settings across a series for darker skin types.

Will one treatment be enough?

One deeper session can produce a substantial change; lighter peels work as a series of three or four. Your assessment determines which route reaches your goal.

When can I go back to normal skincare?

Actives such as retinoids and acids are paused until the skin has fully healed — usually one to two weeks. Sunscreen restarts as soon as the skin tolerates it.
