Letybo (letibotulinumtoxinA) is a botulinum toxin type A approved by the FDA in 2024 for moderate to severe frown lines between the brows. It has been one of the most widely used toxins in South Korea for years, and behaves like the other type A toxins: visible in 3–5 days, lasting around 3–4 months.
A newer name in the US does not mean an experimental product — Letybo arrived here with a long track record abroad and a large approval trial programme behind it. Its FDA approval is specifically for glabellar (frown) lines.
