SmoothEye is a non-ablative Er:YAG laser treatment for the delicate skin around the eyes. Gentle heating tightens crepey eyelid skin and softens fine lines by stimulating collagen, with no needles, no injections and no downtime. A course of 3–4 sessions a month apart is typical.
Skin around the eye is the thinnest on the face, which makes it the first area to look crepey and the trickiest to treat. SmoothEye works within that constraint — it is a gentle, repeated stimulus rather than a single aggressive one.

The process
How SmoothEye works
01
Eye protection first
Metal corneal shields are placed after numbing drops, so the lid itself can be treated safely.
02
Controlled Er:YAG heating
Energy is delivered in a non-ablative mode — the surface stays intact while the dermis is heated enough to trigger remodelling.
03
A repeated stimulus
Collagen change in thin skin comes from repetition, not intensity. The series is what produces the tightening.

Common questions
SmoothEye questions, answered
Is SmoothEye safe around the eyes?
+
Yes, with proper protection. Numbing drops and metal corneal shields are used so the eyelid can be treated without risk to the eye itself.
Will SmoothEye remove my under-eye bags?
+
No. Bags are usually herniated fat and need surgery. SmoothEye improves skin quality and crepiness, which is a different problem with a different solution.
How many sessions will I need?
+
Typically three to four, a month apart, with maintenance once or twice a year afterwards.
Can I have it with Botox for crow's feet?
+
Yes, and they complement each other — the toxin reduces the movement creating the lines while the laser improves the skin quality itself.
